Man Grabs Woman In Front Of Child, Takes Her Vehicle, Police Say A 33-year-old Westchester man was arrested after grabbing a woman by the neck in front of her child while forcibly taking her car keys in Connecticut. Darel Franklin of Port Chester was arrested on Saturday by Milford Police after receiving a report of a domestic dispute, said the Milford Police Department. He later allegedly took the victim's vehicle without her permission. Franklin was charged with disorderly conduct, robbery, larceny, assault, and risk of injury to a child.  He is being held on $75,000 bond.
