Convicted Bridgeport Felon Found With Loaded Gun After Stop In Norwalk A convicted felon was caught with a loaded handgun stolen out of a state in a traffic stop in Norwalk, police said. It happened on Friday, Dec. 27 at 6:43 p.m., when members of the Norwalk PD Strategic Narcotics Enforcement Team observed an Infinity sedan traveling on Chestnut Street.  The operator of the vehicle, later identified as Kimani Williams, 28, of Bridgeport, was driving erratically, said Lt.
