Covid-19: Lamont Announces Update To CT Safety Protocols In Schools Connecticut has introduced new COVID-19 guidance for schools in an effort to keep children learning in the classroom for as long as possible. Gov. Ned Lamont announced the rollout of the “Screen and Stay” initiative for Connecticut schools that choose to participate in the program.
