Video: Police Ask Public's Help IDing Riders Of ATVs On Roadways Recognize them? Investigators from the Stratford Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating several suspects who were caught recklessly riding dirt bikes and ATVs on multiple area roadways. In the video, the suspects can be seen doing wheelies, crossing double yellow lines and speeding away. Some of the motorists were without helmets, while others were masked. Anyone with information regarding the incident or who recognizes any of the riders has been asked to contact the Stratford Police Department by calling (203) 385-4068.
