Preschool Teacher Receives Suffern Police Volunteer Recognition Award SUFFERN, N.Y. -- Debbie LeMin Wulfson recently received the Suffern Police Volunteer Recognition Award.  Wulfson is a preschool teacher at Wise Beginnings for the YMCA and works with the Suffern High School Marching Band at all patriotic functions and other events in town.  She also fosters lost and stray dogs and finds them homes.  Wulfson was nominated by several community members.
