Buses Substituting For Metro-North Trains On Bridgeport-Waterbury Branch

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Substitute buses will operate to and from Waterbury to Bridgeport in place of Metro-North trains beginning Saturday, April 25, through Sunday, May 3, to allow for track work on the Waterbury Branch.

Train riders looking for the Waterbury branch will have to switch to buses from April 25 to May 3.

The buses will run in place of trains on weekdays and weekends, Metro-North said.

Buses will operate earlier than scheduled trains. Listen for announcements and check local or express bus service to your destination while boarding.
