A school bus driver accused of transporting dozens of elementary students while intoxicated has surrendered to police and is now banned from driving and having unsupervised contact with children, prosecutors said.
Kelly Lynn Weber, 46, of Boyertown, turned herself in on Friday, March 27 following treatment and was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Maurice H. Saylor, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele’s office said.
Bail was set at $50,000 unsecured with conditions including no driving, no unsupervised contact with children, and compliance with recommended treatment.

A violent assault into a concrete wall at a Pennsylvania middle school left a 14-year-old with a concussion, police announced on Wednesday, March 25.
A 14-year-old Lititz teen was charged after attacking another 14-year-old student inside Warwick Middle School at 301 W. Orange St., Lititz, on Monday, March 10, at 10:45 a.m., according to police.
The juvenile pushed the victim twice into a concrete wall, causing their head to strike the surface, officers said. He then punched the victim in the face, knocking them to the floor.

Teacher Accused Of Inappropriate Contact With Student At Montco Elementary School: Police
An elementary school teacher is accused of inappropriate contact with a young student, Upper Merion Township police announced on Tuesday, March 17.
Zachary Schettone, 39, of King of Prussia, was arrested in connection with an indecent assault of a minor, according to the release.
Schettone, a current teacher at Gulph Elementary School in Upper Merion Township, came under investigation in late 2025 after allegations of prior inappropriate contact were reported to police.
