A stray bullet from a shots fired incident went through a man's home and into his hand while he was sleeping early Saturday morning, Oct. 12, Lancaster City police announced later that day. A man has died after being struck by a vehicle on Friday afternoon, Oct. 11, the York County Coroner's Office announced. A Pennsylvania-based lab has been ordered to pay $7.3 to the state of New Jersey after overcharging New Jersey’s Medicaid program for urine drug testing services, officials said. A person riding a skateboard has been hospitalized after being struck by a pick truck, Lebanon Department of Emergency Services dispatch said.
