Deanna Dempsey was going more than 60 mph in a 45 mph zone in a Toyota RAV4, on Richmond Highway near Centreport Parkway when Deputy C.R. Newman spotted her just before midnight on Tuesday, Nov. 14, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said. Jaime Serrano was last seen on the 5700 block of Harwich Court on Sunday, Sept. 17, around 4:30 a.m. driving his light blue Toyota RAV4. HE was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, a black hat, and ski mask. He is believed to be endangered due to health concerns. Boy Home Alone Struck By Car, Parents Charged In PWC Two parents are facing charges of child neglect after their 8-year-old son was struck by a car while home alone without proper care, police in Prince William County said. The boy was struck by a Toyota Rav4 on the 12600 block of Westridge Drive in Woodbridge around 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2, Prince William County police said. The boy had been left home alone by his parents, Firoze Mohammed Hassan, 47, and Hassan Mohamed, 32, who were later charged with felony child neglect, police said. The Toyota driver was not charged, police said.

Police Seek Suspect Who Wounded 3, Killed 1 In Northwest DC Shooting Police are looking for a suspect who shot four men in D.C., police said. On July 16 at around9 p.m., officers found three victims suffering gunshot wounds in the 200 block of Adams Street, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.  One of the victims, 27-year-old Jaquan Bragg, was pronounced dead at the hospital and the three other men were treated for non-life threatening injuries, officials reported. Stafford Motorcyclist Killed In Fatal Collision With Another Vehicle: Police A 27-year-old motorcyclist was killed in Stafford after he crashed into another vehicle, police said. On July 28 at around 7:40 p.m., Darius Whited was riding his motorcycle at the intersection of Garrisonville Road and Patton Drive when he collided with a Toyota Rav4, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.  Whited suffered life-threatening injuries and later died in a local hospital, officials reported.
