Tesla Camera Captures Drunk Hit-Run Driver 2X Legal Limit In Stafford: Sheriff A 37-year-old Stafford woman was more than twice the legal limit when she struck a Tesla with a child in her car, then fled the scene, authorities said. Karen Huff Herrera allegedly hit the parked Tesla on Lansberry Park Drive around 8:45 p.m. Sunday. Feb. 25, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said in a release. The Tesla owner called police to report the incident, and even though Harrera had fled, the man's Tesla captured the incident on camera, police said.
