Police ID Pedestrian Fatally Struck In Prince William County Police have identified the pedestrian fatally struck by a car in Prince William County Sunday evening, Feb. 11. Lon Thomas Osborn, 49, of no fixed address, was not in a crosswalk while trying to cross Prince William Parkway and Worth Avenue in Woodbridge around 7:30 p.m., county police said. He struck by a 23-year-old woman in a 2020 Hyundai Tucson heading east on the parkway, police said. Osborn, wearing dark clothing, was taken to an area hospital where he later died. Woodbridge Man Caught Breaking Into Building: Police Police said they caught a Woodbridge man red-handed earlier this week when they found him skulking inside a business in the middle of the night.  Hernandez Fuentes, 21, tripped the alarm when he broke into Nationwide Security in Woodbridge a little after 3 a.m. on Sunday night, May 22, Prince William County police said in an incident report.
