But the 39-year-old Fredericksburg man who died on Thursday, Nov. 16, is being remembered in just one way: Fondly. Teen Hospitalized When Unlicensed Driver Slams School Bus In Spotsylvania: Police A 45-year-old woman who was driving without a license struck a school bus carrying high school students Tuesday afternoon, May 23 in Spotsylvania, authorities said. The bus was carrying Massaponax High School students when it was struck by the woman in a 2000 Honda Civic, who failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Lancaster Gate Road and Lancaster Ring Road around 2:30 p.m., Police Spokesman Troy Skebo said.
