Attempted Bank Robber Sought In Woodbridge Police in Prince William County are seeking a man who tried robbing a bank Monday, March 4. The unidentified man approached the counter at United Bank on Smoketown Road in Woodbridge around 12:30 p.m. with one hand in a bag, county police said. Authorities said a firearm was seen in the bag, but the suspect fled the bank on foot without taking money. No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported.
