Drunk Man Arrested For Kicking Multiple Cops In PWC: Police
A 44-year-old man was being held without bond after drunkenly kicking multiple officers in Northern Virginia, authorities said. One officer claimed minor injuries after he and two of his colleagues were kicked by Ryan Russell Webster, on Piper Lane in Bristow around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, police in Prince William County said.
