Teen Larceny Suspect Airlifted After Being Hit By Car Fleeing From Officers In Virginia: Police A larceny suspect was airlifted to a local hospital after being hit by a car while fleeing police in Manassas, authorities said. Officers were responding to a report of a theft from a local business when they spotted a man matching the suspect's description on the 8400 block of Rixlew Road around 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Cops tried to speak with the suspect, a 19-year-old man, but he fled on foot, they said. The man then ran into traffic along Sudley Road and was hit by a westbound 2012 Infinity QX56, police said.
