Man Exposed Himself To Woman In Fortuna Center Plaza Parking Lot, Police Say A 48-year-old woman got more than she bargained for when she went shopping on Monday morning and a man exposed himself to her in Prince William County, police say. Officers were called to the Fortuna Center Plaza in Dumfries shortly before 11:30 a.m. on Monday morning following a report of a pervy man enjoying himself in a pick-up truck who spooked a shopper.
