I-95 Dumfries Crash A crash closed the northbound lanes of I-95 in Prince William County on Monday, May 13. The crash happened in Dumfries, near the cemetery, causing five miles of delays as of 1:20 p.m., MATOC reports.  The north left shoulder and left lane were closed.
