Man Charged With Strangling, Abducting 19-Year-Old During Domestic Incident In Manassas: Police
A Virginia man who repeatedly verbally and physically abused a 19-year-old woman in Prince William County is behind bars after attempting to evade police, authorities announced on Monday. Jerome Cochuran-Daniels, Jr., 20, is in custody more than a week after an alleged domestic dispute with the woman inside the Coverstone 4 Apartments in the 7600 block of Cass Place in Manassas. Police say that at 3 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, a 19-year-old and Cochuran-Daniels got into a verbal argument that rapidly escalated, during which he pushed her before they were able to separate.
