Man Accused Of Raping Sleeping Victim In Manassas Surrenders: Cops
A 31-year-old man accused of raping a woman while she slept has surrendered to authorities.
Jeremy Bilodeau, of Manassas, is charged with rape in June 25 incident, police in Prince William County said.
The female victim said she awoke to Bilodeau, an acquaintance, sexually assaulting her in a residence at the Masons Keepe Apartments located in the 10200 block of Launch Circle, Prince William County police said.
