North Carolina Man Charged For Crashing Stolen Fairfax Vehicle: Police A suspect from North Carolina was arrested after he was involved in a crash while driving a stolen car, police said. Just before 4 p.m. on August 20, 20-year-old Collin Guilford was recklessly driving a stolen car near Harry Byrd Highway and Yellow Schoolhouse Road, when he spun out of control and crashed into a median, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. After the crash, Guilford allegedly attempted to carjack three other nearby vehicles, authorities said.
