Father Charged With Child Neglect After 3-Year-Old Found In Street Unsupervised In PWC: Police A man who left his 3-year-old son alone to wander the streets in Prince William County is facing child neglect charges, police say. Terrell Anthony Edwards, 31, was arrested on Sunday and charged following an investigation into the incident, which resulted in nearby Good Samaritans securing the child and alerting the authorities.  The incident was reported shortly before 10:15 a.m. on Feb. 25, on Graham Park Road near Purvis Drive in Triangle, when the boy was seen walking in the roadway without supervision.
