Rapist On The Loose After Attacking Sleeping Victim In Arlington Authorities in Arlington are seeking a man who raped a woman sleeping in her apartment over the weekend. The unknown man broke into the woman's home on the 1500 block of Clarendon Boulevard in Fort Myer Heights around 12:20 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 29, police said. The man went into the woman's bedroom and threatened her, then raped her and fled on foot, authorities said.
