Two Sex Assault Suspects Arrested In PWC: Police
Two men have been arrested in a pair of unrelated sexual assaults in Prince William County.
Hugo Aquiles Lopez Fuentes, of Manassas, is believed to have sexually assaulted a person under 18 years old who he'd been caring for, and Ryan Mininck, of Luray, grabbed a 22-year-old woman at a concert venue, county police said.
Lopez Fuentes, 49, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 29, and charged with two counts of indecent liberties by a custodian, one count of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of sexual battery, police said.

A 24-year-old Prince William County woman is facing charges for hitting a Virginia State Police vehicle on Route 66 that in turn struck the trooper, launching him into the roadway, authorities said.
Khadija F. Sayyid, of Bristow, was behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Camaro when she struck the troop car that was in the shoulder of Route 66 near mile marker 50 around 4 p.m. in Fairfax County Monday, May 15, VSP said.

Support was surging for a Prince William County family after its matriarch suffered a stroke at just 36 years old.
More than $25,800 had been raised as of Monday, Dec. 5 on a GoFundMe for Courtney Waters' family. According to her Facebook page, Courtney lives in Bristow with her husband, Kevin. They have three children, Colton (7), Kendall (4) and Carly (2).

Bristow Man Dealt Rape, Sex Crime Charges For Assault: Police
A 50-year-old Bristow man was arrested in multiple charges relating to sexual assault, police said.Between December 2012 and October 2019, Kevin Rice sexually assaulted the juvenile victim multiple times, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
The victim recently reported the incidents to police and Rice was then arrested, authorities said.
He was charged with five counts of rape, two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of aggravated sexual battery, and other related offenses, law enforcement said.
