Baseball Bat Attack In Dale City Commuter Lot Leaves Car Damaged, Woman Wounded: Police A 23-year-old man was being held without bond after beating a woman and her car with a baseball bat in Prince William County, authorities said. The incident happened around 9 p.m. in the Dale City commuter lot on Gemini Way in Woodbridge. Johnny Albert Smith III was charged with malicious wounding, felony destruction of property, and assault and battery. Police say he was arguing with the woman when things escalated.
