Dealer Already Behind Bars Faces New Charges For Fatal OD In VA: Police
A man already behind bars is facing new charges after being connected to the fatal fentanyl overdose of a man in Fairfax County last summer, authorities announced. Armand Navarro, 30, has been charged for his role in the death of a man who was found suffering from the effects of an overdose last year in an apartment in the 700 block of South Courthouse Road in Lorton more than a year ago.
