Tannia Isela Orellana, 54, of Manassas, was stopped by an officer on the 11700 block of Sudley Manor Drive around 1:05 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, Prince William County police said.

When officers tried to detain Orellana, she actively resisted and scratched an officer multiple times, police said. An officer reported minor injuries, and Orellana was eventually arrested without incident.

As it turns out, Orellana had been driving on a revoked license and had an open container of alcohol inside the vehicle.

She was charged with assault & battery on LEO, DUI 3rd in 5 years, destruction of property, open container while driving, obstruction of justice, driving on a revoked license, and unreasonable refusal.
