Rickey Ramone Lowe Jr., 32, of Manassas, is wanted on a charge of reckless handling of a firearm in connection with the Labor Day incident at the Wyndham Garden Hotel on Vandor Lane, Prince William County police said.
Lowe is believed to have fired a round into the air before fleeing during a melee in the lot. An investigation found Lower was a hotel guest, police said. He remains at large, and anyone who sees him is urged to call police.
