The victim, also 21, had arranged to buy marijuana from Dorian Hugh Wilhoit, county police said. The victim and other acquaintances met Wilhoit at the Woodbridge Station Apartments located in the 1400 block of Ranger Lp. around midnight on Monday, June 10, police said. While the victim was outside of the vehicle and near the apartment building, Wilhoit bypassed the victim and ran towards the vehicle. More Arrests Made In Massive Fairfax County Car Meet Where Drivers Taunted Cops Police have announced additional arrests at a massive illegal car meetup where drivers antagonized officers in Fairfax County last weekend. Around 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 31, an officer saw several vehicles pull into a commercial parking lot in the 6600 block of Electronic Drive in Springfield where a large group of individuals were driving recklessly and in circles, police said.
