Bike-Riding Purse Snatcher Wanted After Armed Robbery On W&OD Trail In Loudoun County: Sheriff A new probe has been launched after the latest incident involving an armed robber on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail, police say. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is investigated the robbery, when a man pulled a gun on a woman walking the trail between Sterling Boulevard and Church Road in the early evening of Tuesday, April 2.  According to a spokesperson for the sherif's office, a Hispanic man brandished a weapon and demanded the woman's purse, to which she complied. Naked Man Who Grabbed Woman On W&OD Trail Arrested: Police Police have arrested the man who wasn't wearing pants when he grabbed a woman on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail in Fairfax County last month. Alfaro Rodriguez was charged with three counts of indecent exposure stemming from the incident the morning of Aug. 26 between Town Center Parkway and the Fairfax County Parkway, county police said. The woman freed herself and called police.
