DUI Fugitive's 88 MPH Pursuit Ends In Hour-Long Stafford Standoff: Sheriff A DUI driver wanted out of Prince William County led a police pursuit at nearly 90 miles per hour, and ended the night in an hour-long stand-off in Stafford, local authorities said. Allen Stone, of King George, was spotted by a deputy failing to maintain lane in a Toyota Scion xB around 6:25 p.m. Jan. 21 on Barrett Heights Road in Stafford, Sheriff David Decatur said.
