Police ID Pedestrian, 55, Killed By Car In Prince William County A 55-year-old man was struck and killed by a car on Sunday night, April 28 in Prince William County, police said. Francisco Rafael Campos Henriquez was in dark clothing trying to cross Richmond Highway outside of a crosswalk near Rosedale Court around 10:10 p.m., county police said. He was struck by a 2016 Honda CRV heading south driven by a 59-year-old man. Henriquez was pronounced deceased on scene. The driver of the striking vehicle remained at the scene and was not injured. Investigators determined that speed, alcohol, and drugs are not factors for the driver. The investigation continue…

20-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed In High-Speed Prince William County Hit-Run: Police A 20-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash late Wednesday, April 24 in Prince William County, police said. Joseph Emmanuel Word was operating a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400R at high speeds southbound on Richmond Highway when he was struck by a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck heading north near the Pine Bluff Drive intersection around 10:20 p.m., county police said. The pickup had entered the intersection in front of the motorcycle’s path of travel, causing the collision that separated Word from his bike, police said.
