Two Teens Suffer Stab Wounds During Eight-Person Fight In Stafford County, Sheriff Says An 18-year-old man is behind bars after allegedly stabbing two teens during a massive melee in Stafford County, the sheriff's office says. Stafford resident Richmond Yeboah was arrested on Tuesday afternoon following an investigation into a reported fight involving at least eight people, including two who were hospitalized with stab wounds.
