Steven Drew, 43, was on the 1000 block of Albemarle Road in Sterling at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10, when a white car struck his dog who entered the roadway, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said. Drew fired several rounds at the passing vehicle and was later charged with Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle and is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond. The shooting behind Milk & Honey Cafe at the Dulles Retail Plaza in Sterling left one person seriously injured around 6:25 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said. Occupied Home Struck By Bullet In Ashburn An occupied home was struck by a bullet in Loudoun County — the second reported incident of gunfire over the weekend. Police responded to the 21500 block of Schoolhouse Court in Ashburn around 10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, on reports of an occupied home struck by a bullet, the sheriff's office said. No injuries were reported, however, the county sheriff's office is asking anyone who was in the area and may have seen anything to contact Detective R.
