Off-Duty Officer Accused Of Shooting Fellow Policeman In Virginia, Authorities Say A police officer in Virginia is behind bars after he allegedly shot a fellow officer while both were off-duty, according to authorities. Last week, on Wednesday, Jan. 25, officials say that two off-duty James City County Police officers were involved in a shooting in the City of Williamsburg that left one with multiple gunshot wounds.
