Speed, Alcohol May Have Contributed To Fatal Arlington Wreck: Police Police say that speed and alcohol could have caused a fatal crash on Interstate-395 last week.  Virginia State troopers responded to the single-vehicle wreck early Friday morning, June 10, just before 1:30 in Arlington County, State Police officials said. A Chevrolet Camaro had skidded off the left side of the ramp, hit a curb, and tumbled.  First responders rushed the driver, Jose T.
