A Reston man out on bail for making a false stabbing report and embezzling from his employer in Loudoun County is back behind bars after returning to the scene of the crime, the sheriff's office says. Fawad Fafa, 44, couldn't stay out of trouble after a series of incidents at the Dulles Town Center Mall in Sterling, where he worked at the Sports Nation store, which he targeted at least twice during his crime spree. The gunman who opened fire during a dispute at the food court inside the Dulles Town Center Mall in Loudoun County was apprehended in just minutes after shooting a stranger, authorities announced. Leesburg resident Alan Colie, 31, is facing a host of charges following the shooting on Sunday, April 2 that resulted in management being forced to close the mall.
