A 19-year-old Washington, DC woman has been identified as the victim killed in an early morning collision while walking near a Southern Maryland intersection. At approximately 4:30 a.m. on Monday, July 17, officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were called to the 7200 block of Central Avevnue, where there was a report of a pedestrian who had been struck in the roadway. Police ID 28-Year-Old Driver Killed In Violent Maryland Crash
The victim of a violent fatal collision in Seat Pleasant has been identified as a 28-year-old Hyattsville man, authorities said. Jose Hernandez Chaves was killed after the driver of a pickup truck rear ended Chaves at a red light, pushing Chaves's vehicle into a third vehicle, on the 8400 block of Central Avenue around 3:45 p.m., Monday, May 23, Prince George's County Police say. Details Released In Maryland Garbage Truck Crash That Killed DC Driver
Details have been released in a crash involving an overturned garbage truck that killed its Washington DC driver in Maryland Park last week. Checcia Durham, 43, struck a curb and overturned the truck at the intersection of East-West Highway and 44th Place around 2:40 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
