DUI Tesla Driver Stuck On Tracks Tried Blaming GF After Deputy Saved Him: Stafford Sheriff A driver who got his Tesla stuck on train tracks and blamed his girlfriend ended up in the Rappahannock County Jail, and not dead or in the hospital, thanks to a Stafford County sheriff's deputy and a good Samaritan. A 9-1-1 caller said a white Tesla, driven by Bendrick Smith, had gotten stuck on the tracks at the intersection of Brent Point and Arkendale roads around 12:50 a.m. Saturday, March 9, officials said.
