Dognappers Scheme To Steal Back Animal They Gave Up In Leesburg: Police A pair of dognappers are facing charges in Loudoun County after breaking into a Leesburg home and taking back a puppy they let go of last year, police say. Dabryn Norris, 22, of Brambleton and Taylor Ward, 21, of Leesburg were arrested in the past week following a scheme and burglary to steal a dog after Ward previously voluntarily surrendered custody of the animal. Last month, a homeowner reported that a person forced his way into their home while they weren't home and stole their dog, Gelato.
