Deputy Struck Head-On By Repeat DUI Driver From Manassas In Stafford: Sheriff A 66-year-old woman was drunk when she struck a sheriff's deputy head-on in northern Virginia this week, police said. Patricia Wilson, of Manassas, was heading west in the eastbound lanes coming directly at a Stafford County Sheriff's deputy on the Jessica Chaney Bridge just before 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, the sheriff's office said. Aion Navor Wilson, 39, of Baltimore, was drunk when he approached the front door of a home in the 8100 block of Arrowleaf Turn in Gainesville and claimed to be a food delivery driver, Prince William County police said.
