William Patrick Brown of Manassas was heading north on Hoadly Road in a 2012 Chevrolet Corvette around 4 a.m. Jan. 31, when he lost control and hit a curb then guardrail, Prince William County police said. Brown went through an intersection then struck two traffic signs with the passenger side of the car, police said. William Patrick Brown, 31, of Woodbridge, assaulted officers, injured himself, and damaged the inside of a police cruiser this week when he was served a warrant in Manassas from a different jurisdiction.
