Convicted Sex Offender Admits To Planning Meet With Undercover Agent's Young 'Daughter' In DC A previously convicted sex offender from Maryland admitted in DC District Court on Wednesday to distributing more than 20 videos depicting men sexually abusing toddlers and infants to an undercover officer, federal authorities announced.
