Fake Sleeper Among Fugitives Found With Drugs While Warrants Being Served In Stafford: Sheriff A trio of fugitives were arrested and additionally charged with drug offenses when police found them in a Stafford home over the weekend. The Stafford County Sheriff's Special Problems Unit saw 41-year-old Earnest Scruggs, and 35-year-old Justin House, in a home with Jeffery Roles, 32, all of Stafford, on the 900 block of Truslow Road around 10:15 p.m. Saturday, March 15, the sheriff's office said. Scruggs was wanted out of Fredericksburg while House was wanted out of Powhatan and Spotsylvania County. As deputies knocked on the door, they saw House retreat deeper into the home. When Scrugg…
