Man Wanted After Kidnapping D.C. Woman At Gunpoint Police are asking for the public's help locating a suspect in an armed kidnapping that occurred in the D.C. area, authorities say. Marquez Parker, 44, allegedly kidnapped Selita Lee, 30, at gunpoint in the 2900 block of Van Ness Street, NW, Wednesday, July 27, according to D.C. police. Lee was later confirmed to have been located by D.C. police shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday. The whereabouts of Parker are still unknown.
