Janbler Torres-Santos is believed to have shot a 29-year-old man during an argument in the parking lot of La Caverna Bar and Grill in Dumfries Shopping Plaza on March 7, Prince William County police said. The victim was treated at an area hospital where police were contacted. $4 Million In Meth, Pot, Cocaine Seized; 10 Arrested In Bust Across Northern Virginia More than $4 million worth of drugs were seized and ten people were arrested in an investigation spanning six counties across northern Virginia. The five-month investigation by the Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force spanned Orange, Fauquier, Stafford, Alexandria, Loudon, and Mecklenburg counties. Officers executed search warrants at multiple homes in the six counties on Monday, Dec. 11 and Wednesday, Dec. 13, resulting in 10 arrests and 24 felony charges. Sometime before 1:30 p.m., officials announced that the high school, along with other Culpeper public schools, were locking down, according to the Culpeper Police Department. Police said they do not believe there is any real threat to the high school or other schools in the area.
