Neglectful Woman Found With Kids, Unsecured Firearms In Same PWC Apartment, Police Say Police in Prince William County called to investigate a domestic assault at a Woodbridge apartment complex were met by a strange scene when they arrived at the residence. Officers responded shortly after 7:45 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18 to the Crossings at Summerland Apartments complex in the 13700 block of Keelingwood Circle, though when they arrived at the front door, there was no initial response.
