The District man who knocked the teeth out of a 12-year-old child's mouth during a violent fracas in a Northwest DC home has been convicted, federal authorities announced.
Anthony Johnson, 42, was found guilty this week for his role in the assault of a child whose mother he was familiar with, according to the DOJ.
According to the government's evidence, on April 5, 2022, Johnson entered the home of the 12-year-old, who was at home with several of his younger siblings, grandmother, and uncle.

Stafford police arrested a 24-year-old man in a fatal shooting incident, officials said.On September 7, just after 10:30 p.m., officers found a man on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound in front of an apartment complex on Declaration Drive, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
