Residents Displaced By Southeast DC Apartment Fire (Photos) The American Red Cross has been called in to assist several families who were displaced by a Friday afternoon fire in Southeast DC.  Crews responded to a fire in the 1600 block of Morris Road SE when a blaze broke out in the upper floors of a three-story apartment building, according to authorities.
