Arlington's Chuck Todd Leaving 'Meet The Press'
If it's Sunday, Chuck Todd will now be able to sleep in. But Kristen Welker won't. The Arlington resident announced he is stepping down as moderator of NBC's "Meet the Press," the venerable Sunday morning news show. Todd had been moderator of the show since 2014 and his last show is expected to be in September. He said he will remain at NBC News. Video Shows Comedian Jon Stewart Screaming At Far-Right TV Anchor In DC
Comedian Jon Stewart veered off from his usually humorous content, when a video was posted of him shouting at Jack Posobiec in D.C., Daily Beast reported. The video shows Stewart, who had been in D.C. to advocate in favor of the Honoring Our PACT Act, telling Posobiec he was a "troll" and that he wasn't "in good faith" reports said.
