Woman Spending Holidays Behind Bars After Smashing Window During Tirade In Arlington: Police An irate woman is spending the holidays behind bars after causing a scene inside a Virginia apartment building on Christmas Eve, police say. Officers from the Arlington Police Department got an early morning call on Sunday when there was a report of a burglary in progress at around 3:45 a.m. in the 800 block of South Frederick Street. They got more than they bargained for.
